2017-2018 Dance Club Application Open

Thank you for your interest in joining the 2017-2018 Lindo Park 2nd and 3rd Grade Dance Club! We will be limiting the number of students this year to 40 dancers. Therefore, it is important that you take your time to carefully fill out the Dance Club application with your student and watch the informational video.

There are three parts to the application:

1. Watch the Informational Video with your child.

2. Complete the online application with your child HERE.

3. Print the Teacher Recommendation Form and have your child deliver it to his/her teacher from last year. The teacher will complete the form and give it to Mrs. McWay. (This can be found under the "Teacher Recommendation Form" tab.)

The application will close on Friday, September 29th. No late applicants will be accepted. You will be notified (either way) via. email by Friday, October 6th, and the first Dance Club will be held on Monday, October 9th. Questions? Email amcway@lsusd.net or spatterson@lsusd.net
