2018-19 Application Information

The 2/3 Dance Club application will open on September 7th and will remain open until September 28th. No late applications will be accepted. There are three parts to the application:

1. Watch the Informational Video with your child (This can be found under the "Informational Video" tab.)

2. Complete the online application with your child HERE. (This will not open until September 7th.)

3. Print the Teacher Recommendation Form and have your child deliver it to his/her teacher from last year. The teacher will complete the form and give it directly to Mrs. Patterson. (This can be found under the "Teacher Recommendation Form" tab.)
